About us

I am the founder of the Agnikula Kshatriya Welfare Association, BHEL,Hyderabad, which was started in the year 1972. I have started pooling the members in BHEL. All employes pertaining to our community joined. We are keeping in touch with all members door to door every month. Our association is running on the basis of one for all and all for one. We are helping our people in education employment and health. Number of people are got employment through our association. We are serving our people just like an N.G.O.

 We used to collect Rs 10/- per month,presently collecting Rs 500. per Annum from every member. If any body needs money in emergencies we are helping from our fund already collected. That member should repay that amount in installments. We are conducting generalbody meeting in every year january first Sunday with high Tea. We have another get-together with families in the month of april every year. In the month of November every year we are having Karthika Vana Bhojanalu with all families. The funds will be raised by the membership contribution only. I have started this association with 4 members now we have 400 members.

In 90’s our members are started for allainces for grooms/brides. The mediators and marriage bureaus are dooping the people. Hence on the request of our members I have started the marriage bureau in the year 2008 on free service manually.  I have opened our office in my house and about 120 people are got married. Those who are living in long distances and abroad requested to open the matrimony online. According to the peoples request I have started this matrimony in the year 2014. Through this many people got married. First collecting started with Rs 500/- and after some time we are collecting Rs 1000/-. In the year 2020 august it was made as Rs 1116/-. This is only minimum amount in comparison with any other matrimonies and marriage bureaus. This amount is collected for maintenance purposes such as office rent, Net bill and power bill etc. Though we charge we feel it is only free service to our community. Presently we are having around 400 profiles for Brides/grooms. I am issuing caste certificates for our people to get caste certificate from the Govt. After deviding the Telangana State all casts are not included in the B.C. list. I have written a letter to the Governor and Chief Minister. That was forwarded to principal Secretary. The Government  included our caste Agnikula Kshatriya in the B.C. group ‘A’ Sl.No. 1 and was issued in Gazette and issued the G.O.No. 3. This was paved the way for our community children for availing reservations from the Telangana Government.We have served our people with Rice and Groceries for 100 families in the Covid-19 Lockdown period.
